Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in offering unique collectible trading cards and sealed packets. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
📦 Returns
Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we will accept returns under the following conditions:

Wrong item sent

Item arrived damaged (not due to shipping carrier mishandling)

Item significantly not as described
To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unopened, in its original condition and packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If the item is lost in return shipping, we cannot issue a refund unless tracked and insured.
Please note:
We do not offer refunds for sealed packets opened by the customer, or if a buyer is dissatisfied with the contents of random packs. We do not guarantee specific cards inside sealed products.

🌍 International Orders
For buyers in the EU and US:

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
If an item is returned to us due to unpaid customs or refusal of delivery, we will refund the item cost minus original shipping fees and any return fees incurred.
